Tough, long-lasting Balance receptacles are made with natural cast stone in polymer matrix concrete and heavy-gauge plastisol coated steel panels. Protected by the exclusive patented TopCoat^® powder coating process, these receptacles won't fade, crack, mold or mildew. The vacuum formed polyethylene top is attached with a heavy-weight nylon strap and includes a generous supply of black beauty sand substitute. Optional hold down kit is also available.
