Exclusive patented TopCoat™ is a richly tinted, high-gloss powder coating process that encapsulates and surrounds the plastisol to protect it from fading, cracking, mold and mildew. Optional powder coated steel receptacle tops are shielded by FusionGuard® for extreme rust-resistance. Tops are sold separately.
