Thick plastisol over steel means this receptacle feels cool and comfortable to the touch even in the hot sun. The exclusive, patented TopCoat™ powder coating process provides a richly tinted, high-gloss finish that encapsulates and surrounds the plastisol and protects it from cracking, fading, mold and mildew. Powder coated top and bonnet is shielded by FusionGuard^® for extreme rust protection. Bonnet top features three openings:  a 5" diameter opening for bottles/cans, a 9" diameter opening for trash and a 2" x 9" slot opening for paper recycling.
