Shipping & Delivery
The Experts at Outdoor Spaces relies onthe most experienced freight carriers to ensure you receive excellent service and competitive rates. Our online system will present a freight quotation to you as you complete your order. Since we are unable to anticipate all of your particular receiving capabilities, we will review your order and calculate the best available freight rate at that moment. In many cases, it is less than what was quoted on the website. Whenever we determine that a freight adjustment is required, we will print a firm quotation and email it for your approval. In no circumstance will we bill your credit card until you have agreed to a firm quotation.

• When shipping your order, our standard choice is to ship FedEx Freight. (Single items that are not over 150 lbs and are not too large will ship via UPS. Any orders which contain a single item exceeding 150 lbs, a single item exceeding the dimensional parameters of UPS or having a total weight exceeding 300 lbs will ship via LTL common carrier). 
• To help ensure timely delivery of your order, please include the actual physical address for the delivery, as we are unable to deliver to a post office box. 
• Unless you prefer to provide your own freight carrier, we will invoice you for shipping on the same order as your product purchase, to your place of business anywhere in the continental (48) United States. 
• If your order is shipped via LTL common carrier, please be aware that the driver will bring the freight only to the back of the truck (known as tailgate delivery). You are responsible for off-loading the merchandise delivered to you. If you require special handling, please note that on your order in order to minimize any delay in the reciept of your order.

Expedited Shipping Services 
Expedited delivery services such as airfreight, overnight or second-day delivery are available at an additional charge. Please contact Customer Service at 800-992-5357 if this service is required. 

Special Shipping Services 
Through our LTL common carriers, we offer the following ordinary value-added services. These can be submitted in the shipping notes section of the online checkout process. Please note that additional charges for these services may apply: 
   • Lift-gate delivery 
   • Limited access delivery 
   • Notification prior to delivery 

If you need any value-added services not listed above or have a special need, please contact Customer Service at 800-325-3047 and we will do all we can to satisfy your request. In some cases, pre-payment or written consent of additional charges may be required. 

Damaged Shipments 
All shipments are insured against damage in transit. If your shipment shows any sign of visual damage, please use the following checklist to make sure we can provide you the best possible service: 
   • Please notify us immediately. We can guide you through the process! 
   • Note damage on the delivery receipt. Do not just sign your name. 
   • If there is a chance of hidden damage to your shipment, sign the freight bill “Contingent Upon Internal Inspection.” 
   • If you find concealed damage, keep all of the packing materials and the original carton. If possible, take photos of the shipment in its damaged state prior to your handling of the items.

Your privacy is important and we are happy to outline our Privacy Policy, which stipulates the privacy practices that apply to our customer service and website. This outlines the steps we take to safeguard information and we hope this will help you make an informed decision about sharing personal information with us. 

Personal Information We Collect 
• We collect personal information when you register on our wbsite or when you place an order.  
• We use cookies and other technologies to enhance your online experience and to learn about how you use our web site in order to improve the quality of our services to you. 
• Our servers automatically record information when you visit our website or buy our items, including your URL, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of your request. 

How We Use Your Information 
• We use your personal information (name, address, credit cards, etc.) only to fulfill your order. 
• We use aggregated non-personal information to improve our web site. This means your data is combined with all other visitors so we cannot identify a particular person. 
• We do not share your information with anyone else.
• We do not retain any credit card information. We do not process your credit card with Internet service providers. We manually enter your credit card into a dedicated terminal attached to a secure single-party telephone line. After obtaining authorization from your credit card company we shred your credit card account number and supporting information.

Your Choices 
• We offer you choices when we ask for personal information, whenever reasonably possible. 
• You may decline to provide personal information to us and/or refuse cookies in your browser. 
• We partner with Google Analytics, a provider of website analytics technology, to understand how our customers use our site. 
• We provide you access to your personal information and allow you correct such data if it is inaccurate and delete it, when reasonably possible. 
• If you join our mailing list, we send minimal newsletters with special offers and other news. We do not share this list with anyone else.

Warranty Returns & Replacements
Please call Customer Service at 800-992-5357 for authorization and return shipping instructions. 

Warranty Returns: 
If the item is defective due to manufacturing, we will accept its return within the manufacturer’s warranty period. Under those circumstances, you will not be responsible for any shipping costs. We cannot accept returns if the item is broken or damaged due to abuse, misuse, accident, vandalism, or unauthorized alterations or repairs. 

Satisfaction Guarantee Returns: 
If there are no manufacturing defects but you are simply unsatisfied with the item, we will accept the return of the unused item in its original packaging up to 90 days from the shipping date. We will be happy to replace the item or refund the purchase price. There are no restocking fees. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. 

Custom items are not returnable unless a defect in manufacturing is present.

Ordering
You may place orders on our website. We do not require credit card information to be entered upon the submission of the order. We will email you a firm proposal that may include a freight adjustment, depending upon your particular receiving requirements. You are under no obligation to consumate the order. If you are satisfied, we will request that you sign and send a copy of the proposal and provide your credit card information.
Payment & Pricing
Payment in full is required prior to the processing of your order.
